X-Quest Archery is proud to host the 2026 Canada Cup East, one of Canada’s premier outdoor target archery competitions. This national-level event brings together archers from across Eastern Canada to compete in a high-performance environment while celebrating the sport and its growing community.

The Canada Cup series is a key part of the Canadian outdoor competition season and provides opportunities for both developing and elite archers to test their skills, achieve personal best performances, and compete alongside athletes from across the country.

We are excited to welcome athletes, coaches, and spectators to Ottawa for an exciting weekend of competition.

The Canada Cup East is an annual target archery competition held in Eastern Canada and is open to athletes from multiple age categories and bow divisions. The event includes a 720 qualification round, followed by elimination match play and mixed team competition.

Athletes from provinces including Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador compete in this event each year.

Competition Format

720 Qualification Round
Athletes shoot a standard 720 round to determine ranking and seeding for match play.

Individual Match Play
Top-ranked athletes advance to elimination rounds, competing head-to-head until champions are determined.

Mixed Team Event
Teams consisting of one male and one female archer compete together in recurve and compound divisions.

Optional additional 720 round may also be available for athletes who want additional competition and practice opportunities.

    Hosting the Canada Cup East represents an exciting opportunity to showcase our club, our volunteers, and the strength of the archery community in the Ottawa region.

    Volunteers Needed

    Hosting a national-level archery competition requires a large team of dedicated volunteers. X-Quest Archery is currently seeking volunteers to assist with the 2026 Canada Cup East.

    Volunteer roles may include:

    • Field setup and teardown

    • Equipment inspection assistance

    • Athlete check-in

    • Range operations support

    • Event logistics and coordination

    • Hospitality and athlete services

    No prior experience is required for many roles — just a willingness to help and support the archery community.
